About Us

Vasta Development is a State Certified Contractor with a record of successfully planning and constructing residential and commercial properties. Our expertise includes architectural, structural, and civil design with practical “hands-on” building experience in most horizontal and vertical disciplines. Our knowledge also encompasses land planning, civil construction, environmental permitting, wetland mitigation and local land use regulations.

Vasta has been licensed in Florida since 1984 and developed or entitled a variety of single family, multifamily and commercial properties. In recent years, Vasta has specialized in the acquisition, environmental permitting and sale of infill parcels for high density multifamily use in the Panama City, Florida MSA.
